Job summary

Goodwill South Florida is seeking a Store Supervisor in Coral Gables, FL. The role supports the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in all store operations, including financial performance, staffing, and customer service.

The supervisor will be cross-trained across processing, cashiering, sales floor, and visual merchandising. Essential duties include managing donations processing, optimizing product flow, and ensuring high standards of service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of work experience in a lead/supervisory capacity with 3-10 team members.
• Knowledgeable in profit and loss, sales, or cost management accountability.
• Must possess strong interpersonal skills in dealing with customers, donors, and employees.
• Must exhibit a high level of integrity and business ethics
• Excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong math skills.
• Proficient in English (written and spoken). Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage donations processing and separation, ensuring goals are met.
• Maximize sales through weekly merchandise rotation and pricing accuracy.
• Open/close store, handle cash deposits, and tally registers.
• Generate store reports and employee schedules; maintain records.
• Train and cross-train staff and ensure excellent customer service.
