Job summary

SBH in the United States is seeking a Store Operations Associate to lead in-store operations, ensuring brand standards and accurate inventory flow to enhance the customer experience.

You will support shipment processing, product placement, stockroom organization, planogram updates, and assist in onboarding and training of new associates while promoting teamwork and a welcoming store environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred
• Must be available to meet the scheduling needs of the business, including before or after business hours.
• Able to communicate with customers, co-workers and management in a clear and concise manner
• Ability to execute brand standards to support with customer service
• Can read and follow company guidelines outlined in Brand Standards
• Detail orientated
• Ability to lift and carry heavy boxes and place product on all shelves
• Can follow direction and perform other duties as assigned by Manager

Responsibilities

• 60% Operations: ensure timely shipment processing and 48-hour turnaround from delivery.
• Maintain stockroom and floor appearance; ensure inventory accuracy and planogram updates.
• 30% Inventory Management/Loss Prevention: follow safety and loss prevention policies, and inventory control procedures.
• 10% People: support onboarding and training, and foster diversity and teamwork.
