Job summary

Sally Beauty Holdings, LLC is seeking a Store Operations Associate to drive in-store operations and customer experience. You will manage product flow, inventory, receiving, placement, and backstock to maintain Brand Standards.

Responsibilities include supporting shipments, maintaining clean and organized sales floor and stockroom, and assisting with onboarding and training while upholding Loss Prevention policies and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years of retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• Must be available to meet the scheduling needs of the business.
• Able to communicate with customers, co-workers and management clearly.
• Ability to execute brand standards to support customer service.
• Can read and follow company guidelines outlined in Brand Standards.
• Detail oriented.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy boxes and place product on all shelves.
• Can follow direction and perform other duties as assigned by Manager.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations to ensure timely shipment processing and inventory accuracy.
• Maintain brand standards and organize stockroom, sales floor, receiving and back areas.
• Support onboarding and training of new associates and promote inclusivity.
