Job summary

SBH is seeking a Store Operations Associate to lead the day-to-day execution of store operations in Anchorage. The role emphasizes accurate inventory, efficient receiving, product placement, and maintaining brand standards to deliver a world class customer experience.

The position supports stockroom and floor upkeep, participates in planogram updates and price changes, and may involve opening or closing the store. Strong communication, reliability, and the ability to lift items are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• Must be available to meet scheduling needs, including before or after business hours.
• Able to communicate clearly with customers, coworkers and management.
• Ability to execute brand standards to support customer service.
• Can read and follow Brand Standards.
• Detail oriented.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy boxes and place product on shelves.
• Can follow direction and perform other duties as assigned by Manager.

Responsibilities

• 60% Operations: support shipment processing, 48-hour turnaround from delivery, product placement, ASN acknowledgement, damages, inventory accuracy, transfers, and paperwork; maintain brand standards and stockroom efficiency; keep stores clean and organized; support planogram updates and price changes; ensure a positive shopping experience; may open or close the store.
• 30% Inventory Management/Loss Prevention: use company tech for inventory, ensure safety and Loss Prevention policies, follow inventory control procedures and hazmat.
• 10% People: work with others to support customers and store needs; onboard and train new associates; promote diversity and belonging.
