Qualifications

• 2–4 years of retail operations or management experience.
• Ability to lift 30 lbs and perform routine physical tasks.
• Availability to work per business needs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain adherence to Policy & Procedure (P&P) and ensure staff knowledge of it.
• Oversee inventory management and bi-annual inventory takes; supervise receiving/transfer/RTV processes.
• Maintain assets and coordinate store maintenance with timely follow-up.
• Communicate operational initiatives and procedures to store team.
• Educate staff on POS and core operational systems; troubleshoot with IT.
• Lead store team to execute company operations and drive best-in-class performance.
• Partner with management to deliver positive brand representation and customer service.
• Support a high level of customer service through product knowledge and operational ownership.
