Job summary

rag & bone is seeking an Operations Supervisor to maintain store operations for a seamless customer experience at our Newport Beach location. You will partner with management to uphold brand standards, manage inventory, and support sales and repairs processes.

The role emphasizes inventory accuracy, training staff, and delivering strong service while meeting store metrics and company policies. This is a full-time, customer-focused leadership position in a fashion retail environment.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of prior work experience in a retail stock, logistics, operations, or management position.
• Strong customer service focus and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work full-time with 24-30 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Partner with store management to ensure brand representation through product, store maintenance, and service.
• Supervise inventory and stock management.
• Maximize storage capacity across product and supply categories.
• Investigate and rectify inventory discrepancies.
• Lead shrink reduction and inventory accuracy at all touchpoints.
• Coordinate store maintenance issues with IT and teams.
• Support sales team with POS, repairs, dry-cleaning, and alterations.
• Lead Sales Support team execution of store initiatives.
• Provide training and direction to staff.
• Resolve customer service issues with management.
• Manage customer repairs, dry-cleaning, and alterations programs.
• Meet store and metric goals.
• Uphold brand mission and policies.
• Identify opportunities to improve service with product knowledge.
• Contribute to a positive team atmosphere.
