Job summary

rag & bone in West Hollywood seeks an Assistant Manager to join the store leadership team. This role oversees daily operations, customer experience, and staff development, partnering with the Store Manager to drive performance and training.

You will coach supervisors, manage scheduling and payroll, analyze sales data, and contribute to clienteling strategies to grow loyalty. This hands-on leader embodies the brand values and fosters a positive, inclusive store environment.

Qualifications

• 4-6+ years of retail experience in specialty, contemporary, or luxury environments.
• Minimum 1-2 years of management experience.
• Advanced clienteling skills with the ability to build and grow a loyal customer base.

Responsibilities

• Display best-in-class customer service techniques and maintain clienteling standards.
• Train staff on all store operations from register to stock room.
• Ensure cash handling and payroll procedures are maintained and accurate.
