Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a store associate in Lewisburg, TN to ensure smooth daily operations and outstanding customer service. You will open/close the store in the absence of management, handle cash, and assist customers with products and services.

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Preferred qualifications include knowledge of store inventory control; arrest/conviction records may be considered; valid PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of management, including required systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes product returns, order voids, refunds, cash drops, and provides change as requested to registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers and patients by greeting and assisting with products and services; resolves issues for a positive experience.
• Ensures accurate pricing, signage, stock rotation, and basic department maintenance.
