Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years progressively responsible retail experience.
• Strong math skills for change, tax, and inventory calculations.
• Able to read, write, understand and apply instructions and training materials.
• Strong interpersonal communication to leadership standards.
• Able to work in a team environment.
• Computer literacy; POS and HR and Microsoft Office helpful.
• Able to work any shift; on-call availability and regular attendance.
• Reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance.
• Age 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Display a customer comes first attitude and resolve complaints promptly.
• Support Store Manager by implementing programs and motivating staff.
• Delegate responsibilities to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide clear, timely coaching to employees on shift.
• Assist with new employee training and provide feedback.
• Remain calm during high volume and maintain standards.
• Assist in marketing, fuel and food strategies and promotions.
• Maintain pricing and inventory, order stock as needed.
• Follow policies, ensure legal compliance, and report concerns.
• Prepare and deliver deposits; reconcile daily receipts.
• Ensure safety policies are followed; conduct safety meetings.
• Respond to emergencies outside normal hours.
• Perform on-site work at the assigned store location.
• Complete training within deadlines.
