Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years progressively responsible retail experience.
• Demonstrated good math skills for change, tax, inventory and costs.
• Ability to read, write, understand and apply procedures and training materials.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills with customers, employees and vendors.
• Able to work well in a team environment.
• Experience with Point of Sale, HR and Microsoft Office is helpful.
• Able to work various shifts and be on-call for emergencies.
• Reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance for banking duties.
• Age 18 or older due to product sales.

Responsibilities

• Display a customer comes first attitude and resolve complaints promptly.
• Assist Store Manager by implementing programs and motivating staff.
• Delegate responsibilities to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide clear, timely coaching to employees on shift.
• Assist with training and give feedback on performance.
• Maintain calm during busy periods and uphold standards.
• Assist in marketing, promotions, and stock availability.
• Maintain pricing and inventory levels; place orders as needed.
