Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Progress toward or completion of a bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred but not required.
• Five years of relevant work experience, including leadership and supervisory responsibilities.
• Demonstrated an understanding of basic math skills to prepare and interpret operating reports.
• Able to read, write, and comprehend instructions, procedures, recipes, and training materials; able to implement these guidelines with staff.
• Strong communication skills, in both verbal and written form.
• Communicate effectively with internal team members, customers and vendors.
• Adapt management style between downtime and fast-paced environments.
• Ability to multi-task and pivot between tasks.
• Create and sustain an inclusive team environment.
• Computer literacy in business operations; POS, HR and MS Office helpful.
• Able to work any shift and be on-call for emergencies.
• Dependable attendance.
• Reliable transportation and valid auto insurance for banking and off-site activities.
• Must be at least age 18 or older.

Responsibilities
