Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• We will consider employment of qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.
• Has working knowledge of store systems and store equipment.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, including required cash handling.
• Complete product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provide change as requested to cash registers.
• Engage customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
• Assist with vendor deliveries and backdoor access for deliveries.
• Register all related sales on assigned cash register, including records of scanning errors and price verifications.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and ensure pricing signage is correct.
• Assist with merchandising, displays, and stock rotations; manage resets and revisions.
• Ensure compliance with state/local laws regarding regulated products.
