Job summary

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Preferred: knowledge of store inventory control.
• Arrest and conviction records may be considered in hiring decisions.
• Obtains and maintains valid PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including system start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes product returns, refunds, and cash drops; provides change to cash registers.
• Manages customer experience by greeting customers and addressing questions to ensure satisfaction.
• Holds store keys to open/close without management; coordinates with vendors during deliveries.
• Registers sales accurately, reviews pricing and signage, and supports inventory control.
