• Completes product returns, refunds, cash drops, and provides change to registers.
• Delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers, resolves issues, and answers questions to ensure satisfaction.
• Supports inventory control, pricing, and shelf merchandising per policy.
• Assists with vendor deliveries, backroom processes, and display resets.
