Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, including systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Register sales and manage cash handling, refunds, and price verifications.
• Provide excellent customer experience and assist customers with products and services.
• Coach team members on customer service and store procedures to maintain a delightful experience.
• Assist with inventory counts, pricing, and displays; support backroom and stockroom operations.
• Assist with vendor deliveries and backdoor access for deliveries.
• Support pharmacy out window as requested.
