You will help schedule staff, process deposits, stock shelves, and maintain in-stock targets while following company workflows in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.
• Three years of retail store experience preferred, including leadership exposure.
• Experience as Department Head/Assistant Manager or current DG key carrier preferred.
• Knowledge of cash handling procedures and deposits.
• Ability to follow company processes for receiving, stocking and merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Follow company processes to receive, open and unpack merchandise.
• Stock, rotate and display merchandise; restock returned items.
• Open/close the store on scheduled days and manage cashier activities.
• Authorize refunds, handle deposits and maintain cash control.
• Assist in scheduling staff and entering payroll information.
• Order drop-shipments and manage inventory to meet in-stock targets.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and conduct safety meetings.
• Provide superior customer service leadership and ensure compliance.
