Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select and retain qualified employees and ensure proper staffing.
• Provide training, conduct evaluations, and counsel staff as needed.
• Oversee opening and closing procedures and ensure store is properly staffed.
• Monitor sales, inventory, and expenses to identify trends and opportunities.
• Ensure merchandise presentation, pricing, and signage meet standards.
