Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. Leader in Training and Floor Leader position in Antioch, TN focuses on developing sales and leading teams to deliver a memorable guest experience. You will work directly with store leadership to grow sales, recruit Teammates, and provide leadership on the sales floor.

The role covers sales generation, merchandising, and store operations, including training new Teammates, maintaining visual standards, and delivering excellent service to every guest.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lead, train, and motivate Teammates.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and deliver legendary service.
• Answer questions about store and merchandise.
• Recommend and locate merchandise based on Guest needs.
• Support leadership by executing physical Merchandising tasks and display upkeep.
• Assist in recruiting, training, and developing Teammates.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, policies, and security practices.
• Assist in driving sales and achieving targets through effective product presentation.
