Job summary

Varley is seeking a Store Operations Lead to drive stockroom excellence, inventory accuracy, and store efficiency across seasonal launches and peak trading. You will develop and embed stockroom processes, partner with VM and central operations, and lead by example in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role requires strong organisational skills, 3+ years in stockroom roles, and a proactive mindset. Fully flexible including weekends and peak seasons is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in stockroom, inventory, or warehouse management (retail preferred).
• Proven ability to improve operational processes and lead stock takes.
• Able to train and develop team members and collaborate across functions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inbound and outbound stock movements and accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, organised stockroom to support efficiency and safety.
• Develop and embed clear stockroom processes and standards.
• Plan seasonal stock and optimise space for accessibility.
• Lead stock takes and monitor shrinkage with corrective actions.
