Job summary

Varley is seeking a Visual Merchandising & Operations Manager in Boston to lead VM and store operations, ensuring an exceptional customer experience. You will balance creative VM with commercial priorities, manage inventory accuracy, and drive stock and replenishment strategies with cross-functional teams.

As part of the leadership team, you will coach staff, own visual presentation for launches, and maintain brand standards across FOH and BOH.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years’ retail leadership experience, with direct ownership of Visual Merchandising and Store Operations.
• Strong commercial and visual awareness, linking presentation to trading performance.
• Strong understanding of store operations and inventory management, with leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute the VM strategy in line with brand guidelines and ensure a visually strong customer environment.
• Lead collection launches and provide product knowledge to the team for compelling stories.
• Analyse product performance and inventory levels to inform decisions and replenishment.
• Oversee stockroom operations, stock movements, and RFID inventory accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align commercial, operational and VM priorities.
