Job summary

Vuori is seeking a Retail Store Inventory Lead to drive the in-store inventory program, lead back-of-house operations, and partner with Store/Assistant Managers to deliver excellent customer experiences.

You will manage cycle counts, store transfers, and restocks while ensuring the back room is organized and efficient. A hands-on leader who communicates well and thrives in a busy retail setting will excel.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work at least one weekend day and some holidays.
• Must adhere to scheduled shifts with punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Forge lasting relationships with store managers, team members, and customers.
• Work with the sales team to ensure each customer receives the best service possible.
• Ensure the back of house is tidy and easy to navigate.
• Ensure destock and restock is handled on a daily basis.
• Ensure the back of the house is kept organized.
• Attend monthly inventory meetings and manage weekly cycle counts.
• Manage store-to-store transfers and weekly manual restocks.
• Ensure shipments are received and processed in a timely manner.
