Job summary

Varley Clothing Limited in Boston is seeking a Visual Merchandising & Operations Manager to lead VM execution and store operations on the sales floor. This hands-on role partners with the Store Manager to deliver a seamless customer experience, optimize product presentation, and maintain stock integrity. You will drive collection launches, supervise stockroom processes, train and develop the team, and ensure RFID-based inventory accuracy is maintained across all stock movements.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail leadership experience with direct ownership of VM and store operations.
• Strong commercial and visual awareness and ability to connect presentation, stock availability and trading performance.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
• Experience with POS, inventory and retail reporting systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead VM execution on brand guidelines, windows, mannequins and shop floor fixtures.
• Oversee stock replenishment, stockroom organization and stock movements to ensure accuracy.
• Drive collection launches and product knowledge through training and coaching.
• Partner with Store Manager and central teams to maintain top-tier customer experience and operational standards.
