Lids is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations in our San Antonio location. You will drive sales, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain store standards through effective team leadership and operations management.

As a pivotal member of the store team, you will schedule and supervise associates, uphold Lids policies, and contribute to a positive, inclusive work environment while delivering an engaging shopping experience for fans and customers.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to drive sales while minimizing loss.
• Excellent verbal communication and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work unsupervised and manage store activities when needed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Manager on Duty when Store Manager is unavailable.
• Lead and train store staff using LIDS training programs and set goals.
• Manage scheduling, staffing, and discipline processes as required.
