Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints when Manager is not present.

• Recruit and train store personnel on operations and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and protect assets.
• Assist in scheduling, staffing, and coverage during peak times.
