Minnesota Cannabis Services is seeking a Retail Assistant General Manager (AGM) to lead a fast-growing cannabis retail operation. You will partner with the GM to drive store performance, coach high-performing teams, and ensure exceptional customer experiences every day.

This hands-on leadership role prepares you for future General Manager responsibilities through mentorship, operational training, and leadership development in a compliant, fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Proven retail leadership with ability to coach and develop high-performing teams.
• Experience in high-volume store operations, scheduling, compliance, and sales execution.
• Strong judgment and problem-solving in dynamic environments.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in daily store operations.
• Lead daily briefings and coach staff during absences.
• Oversee cash handling, inventory controls, and compliance.
• Drive visual merchandising and in-store promotions.
• Provide performance feedback and mentoring to team members.
• Collaborate with HR, marketing, procurement to boost store performance.
• Handle escalated customer concerns with service excellence.
