Minnesota Cannabis Services is seeking a Retail Assistant General Manager (AGM) to partner with the General Manager in daily store operations, coaching staff, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. This hands-on leadership role prepares you for future General Manager responsibilities and emphasizes mentorship, training, and performance growth.

The position offers exposure to high-volume operations, collaboration with HR/marketing/procurement, and a pathway to enhance store performance
