Job summary

Five Below is seeking an energetic store supervisor-like role responsible for supporting daily operations and delivering WOW customer service at our Camp Hill location. You will help manage associates, train staff, and ensure efficient cash handling, stock, and merchandising routines.

The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent with prior management experience and strong verbal/written communication. Flexible scheduling and store maintenance duties are included.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact at checkout and in-store interactions.
• Trains crew on the BETS customer service experience for fast, friendly service.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and ensures they perform duties effectively.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and stocking to keep sales floor replenished.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, handling store operations and staffing issues.
• Opens/closes the store, secures cash, locks doors, and maintains daily readiness.
