NAVY EXCHANGE SERVICE COMMAND (NEXCOM) is seeking a Store Manager to oversee operations at a main Exchange location. You will direct activities, supervise staff, ensure compliance with directives, and drive sales and profit objectives while maintaining high customer service standards.

The role requires extensive experience in store operations, merchandising, and personnel management, with a background in facility maintenance and security practices.

Competenze

• Five years of progressively responsible store operational management experience.
• Experience with merchandising, accounting, personnel, and facility maintenance.
• Ability to plan, direct and coordinate merchandising activities and supervise HR functions.

Mansioni

• Directs and coordinates all phases of Exchange activities and outlets.
• Inspections of activities and outlets with corrective actions and follow-up.
• Ensures utilization of facilities, equipment, cash, and associates.
• Achieves sales and profit objectives and analyzes operational reports.
• Manages staffing, training, performance appraisals, and disciplinary actions.
• Maintains security and safeguarding of Exchange property and funds.
• Develops long-range plans and oversees capital projects and maintenance.
• Ensures compliance with directives and safe customer service standards.
