Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes divisional merchandising strategies and promotional programs.
• Reviews stock structure and plans with buyers to ensure in-stock levels and regional alignment.
• Coordinates vendor assets and training for department managers and sales staff.
• Maintains awareness of industry trends and benchmarks against competitors.
• Supervises staff and oversees store operations as part of the management team.
