Job summary

Dollar General is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Green Bay, WI to help maintain a clean, well-organized store with a customer-first focus. Under the Store Manager's direction, you will assist with supervising staff, merchandising, store paperwork, deposits, and daily operations to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction while protecting assets.

You'll support scheduling, training, planograms, and cashiering, ensuring accurate inventory, security, and proper deposits.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail supervisory roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership and assist with cashiering.
• Open and close the store at least two days per week.

• Manage merchandising, restocking, and planogram execution.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and control damages and markdowns.
• Ensure store security, cash controls, refunds, and deposits.
• Assist in store management in the Store Manager's absence.
