Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.
• Retail environment experience with supervisory responsibilities preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage cash handling and daily reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership; greet customers and operate register.
• Open and close the store a minimum of two days per week.
• Assist Store Manager with scheduling, training, safety meetings, and policy compliance.
• Manage merchandise receiving, stocking, planograms, and displays.
• Help maintain accurate inventory and prevent losses.
• Support cash handling and banking procedures as needed.
