Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a retail environment and 6 months supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to operate a cash register and scanners; basic math.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and deposit procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership and operate the cash register.
• Open and close the store a minimum of two days per week.
• Assist Store Manager with scheduling, training, safety meetings, and policy compliance.
• Follow processes to manage merchandise: receiving, stocking, restocking and displays.
• Help maintain inventory levels and control damages and markdowns.
• Assist with planograms and proper merchandise presentation.
• Ensure financial integrity via cashier accountability and deposits.
• Assist in store management in the Store Manager's absence.
