Dollar General is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help run a clean, well-organized store with a customer-first focus. Under the Store Manager's direction, you will supervise staff, manage merchandise presentation, and handle deposits and paperwork to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include leading customer service, scheduling, training, inventory control, planogram execution, and cash accountability.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.
• One year of experience in a retail environment and six months supervisory experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide superior customer service leadership; greet customers and operate cash register to itemize purchases.
• Open and close the store a minimum of two days per week.
• Assist with scheduling employees, training, safety meetings, and policy compliance.
• Manage merchandise using planograms, stocking, and displays.
• Maintain accurate inventory and cash controls; handle refunds and deposits as directed.
• Assist in store operations in the Store Manager's absence.
