Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year management experience in retail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select and retain qualified employees; ensure proper staffing.
• Provide training, conduct performance evaluations, coaching or termination as needed.
• Recommend pay rate and advancement.
