You will lead and develop a team of customer service employees, ensuring tools and resources for success, and act as a liaison across departments in a fast-paced environment with varying day and night shifts.

Qualifikationen

• Customer service experience, preferably in a food service, grocery or retail setting.
• Proven ability to multi-task and handle interruptions in a fast-paced environment.
• Computer skills.
• Experience leading a team.

• Independently manage store operations between day and night hours, serving as key leader and liaison across departments.
• Partner with department management to prioritize tasks and ensure efficient Front End operations and checkout lanes.
• Manage a team of Customer Service employees, providing training, feedback, and development opportunities.
• Provide outstanding customer service and uphold Wegmans values throughout the store.
• React quickly to situations, collaborating with store leadership to solve operational challenges.
• Participate in store projects to strengthen teamwork and company culture.
