In this role you will coordinate and troubleshoot daily activities of our customer service team while supporting store management on projects.

You will lead and develop a customer service team, ensuring resources are available and processes run smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, preferably in food service, grocery or retail.
• Ability to multi-task and handle interruptions in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with computer usage.

Responsabilités

• Independently manage store operations across day and night, acting as a key leader and liaison.
• Partner with department management to prioritize tasks and ensure front-end efficiency.
• Manage performance of a team of Customer Service employees with training and feedback.
• Provide exceptional customer service and champion Wegmans values.
• React quickly to operational challenges with store leadership.
• Participate in/lead store-wide projects to enhance company culture.
