Job summary

Polo Ralph Lauren is seeking an Operations Support Associate to help ensure smooth day-to-day store operations, from receiving deliveries to stockroom organization and merchandise delivery on the sales floor.

The role supports inventory, order processing, and customer service, with flexible hours including day, evening, weekends, and potential overnight shifts, depending on business needs.

Qualifications

• Back of house experience in a high-volume or high-profile specialty environment preferred.
• Able to communicate effectively with customers and store personnel.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around stock areas and sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Process freight, manage stock and RFID inventory, and support store shelves.
• Assist sales floor personnel with stock checks and merchandise delivery.
• Maintain clean stockroom and sales floor, support customer service and transactions.
• Collaborate with team and participate in training and company initiatives.
