Ralph Lauren Corporation is seeking an Operations Support Associate for Polo Ralph Lauren stores. You will help with receiving deliveries, processing merchandise, stocking shelves, and keeping the stockroom organized to support the selling floor.

Qualifications

• Back-of-house experience or similar industry experience in a high-volume environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and store personnel.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and work around chemicals.
• Flexible schedule including day, evening, weekends, overnight shifts and travel when required.
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Process freight and inventory transactions to support the sales floor.
• Inspect deliveries, verify packaging, and apply correct sensor or tag placement.
• Execute RFID inventory scans and replenish floor stock.
• Handle ship-to-home orders and store transfers.
• Maintain organized stockroom and floor inventory per guidelines.
• Process retickets, create tags, and manage RFID tagging.
• Balance stockroom, floor presentation, and customer service priorities.
