Polo Ralph Lauren is seeking an Operations Support Associate to help run day-to-day store operations. You will handle receiving deliveries, process merchandise per guidelines, and support inventory on the floor and in the stock room.

Qualifications

• Experience in back-of-house or high-volume specialty environment preferred.
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers and store personnel.
• Ability to maneuver around the sales floor, stock/dressing room, cash-wrap and office; lift up to 30 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including day, evening, weekends and possibly overnight shifts and travel as required.
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers, management, and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Process freight within specified units per hour goals and manage tagging.
• Inspect deliveries for damages, verify packaging and sensor/tag placement.
• Execute RFID inventory scans for accurate floor replenishment.
• Manage Ship to Home orders and store-to-store transfers.
• Complete replenishment activities and stock room resets.
• Provide customer-focused service and sales floor support.
• Maintain store presentation standards and assist with visual merchandising.
