Job summary

Polo Ralph Lauren is seeking an Operations Support Associate to help ensure smooth day-to-day store operations, including receiving deliveries, processing merchandise, stockroom organization, and supporting the selling floor.

The role covers inventory management, customer service, and visual standards, with flexible full-time or part-time scheduling and opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Experience in back-of-house or similar high-volume environment preferred.
• Strong communication with customers and staff.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs and move around store.
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends; some overnight shifts and travel.

Responsibilities

• Process freight within hourly goals, including markups/markdowns and EAS tagging.
• Inspect deliveries for damages and verify packaging.
• Perform RFID inventory scans for floor replenishment.
• Manage Ship to Home orders and store-to-store transfers.
• Complete ISOS replenishment and stock room resets.
• Process retickets, create tags, and apply RFID tags.
• Maintain organized stockroom and inventory levels per guidelines.
• Deliver memorable customer experiences through service.
• Assist Brand Ambassadors with stock checks and merchandise delivery.
• Greet and assist customers on the sales floor.
• Process sales transactions and returns according to policy.
• Maintain clean sales floor and fitting rooms.
• Balance operations with customer experience.
• Participate in visual merchandising of the sales floor.
• Maintain store presentation standards.
• Provide feedback to management on opportunities.
• Foster a positive work environment aligned with RL values.
• Collaborate effectively with team members.
• Participate in training and company initiatives.
• Support store operations front and back of house.
