Job summary

Polo Ralph Lauren in a retail store environment seeks an Operations Support Associate to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. You will receive deliveries, process merchandise per company guidelines, and support the selling floor while maintaining stockroom organization.

This role focuses on RFID inventory, stock checks, and assisting customers while balancing back-of-house tasks. It is an entry point for future leadership and may be full-time or part-time based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Back of house experience in a high-volume or high-profile environment preferred.
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers and store personnel.
• Able to maneuver around stock rooms, floors and offices; lift up to 30 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including day, evening, weekends and possible overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Process freight within units per hour goals, with tag placement and markdowns.
• Inspect deliveries for damages and verify packaging and sensors.
• Run daily RFID inventory scans for accurate replenishment.
• Manage Ship to Home orders and store-to-store transfers.
• Maintain organized stockroom and sales floor inventory per guidelines.
• Support sales floor with stock checks, deliveries and fitting rooms.
