Job summary

Ralph Lauren Corporation is seeking an Operations Support Associate for Polo Ralph Lauren to ensure smooth day-to-day operations in retail stores. Responsibilities include receiving deliveries, processing merchandise per guidelines, maintaining stockroom organization, supporting the sales floor with stock checks and deliveries, and helping with inventory levels.

The role may be full-time or part-time depending on needs.

Qualifications

• Back of house or similar industry experience in a high-volume, high-profile environment is preferred.
• Able to communicate effectively with customers and store personnel.
• Able to maneuver on the sales floor, stock/dressing room, and back office; capable of lifting up to 30 lbs. and climbing as needed.

Responsibilities

• Process freight to meet Unit per Hour goals and manage tag placement.
• Inspect deliveries for damages and verify packaging and RFID tagging.
• Perform RFID inventory scans for accurate replenishment and support store stock levels.
• Assist on the sales floor with stock checks and merchandise delivery; greet and assist customers.
