Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Marble Falls, TX to support daily store operations, customer service, merchandising, and team development. You will assist with opening/closing, payroll tasks, and loss prevention while maintaining a clean, well‑stocked sales floor and stockroom.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and the ability to train associates in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store operations and daily activities.

• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process directives and maintain store displays and fixtures.
• Support in ordering, receiving, and loss prevention.
• Maintain clean, organized sales floor and stockroom to company standards.
• Assist the Store Manager in training and developing associates.
• Ensure a safe, respectful environment for customers and staff.
