Job summary

StorageMart in Indianapolis is hiring a Store Manager to oversee daily store operations and drive sales growth. You will engage customers across phone, in-person, and email channels while maintaining a clean, safe facility and handling essential administrative duties.

The role requires hands-on readiness to work outdoors, strong communication skills, and a valid driver’s license with mileage reimbursement for travel between sites. Training is provided for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Retail sales and administrative experience is a plus (training provided for the right candidate!).
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities to address customer needs.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Store Operations and collaborate to maximize sales.
• Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, in person, and email.
• Maintain facility cleanliness and safety; perform light maintenance as needed.
• Manage customer accounts and handle administrative tasks, including debt management.
• Travel between locations to support other stores while upholding standards.
