Storage Asset Management is seeking a Store Manager to lead sales and customer service for our self-storage locations. You will implement marketing strategies, engage with the community, and drive occupancy through superior service and operations.

Ideal candidates bring a sales mindset, strong communication, and experience in management, leasing, or retail operations. Full availability, including weekends, and a valid driver's license are preferred.

• Strategically implement marketing plans following guidelines.
• Establish a visible presence in local professional associations and community functions.
• Participate in tailored sales training and industry events.
• Mentor and empower assistant managers with your sales acumen.
• Proactively manage rent collections and fees.
• Maintain precise accounting records with transparency.
