Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in controlling store assets and operations.
• Consult with Store Manager to set action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering and scheduling.
• Lead in the Store Manager's absence and support training of staff.
• Provide guidance to employees and customers in all departments when needed.
• Monitor inventory, sales, and expenses to help profitability.
• Direct staff to ensure department responsibilities and standards are met.
• Keep Store Manager informed about inventory movement and customer trends.
• Deliver extraordinary customer service per the service manuals.
