Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering and scheduling.
• Assume store-wide responsibility in the Store Manager’s absence.
• Support personnel recruiting, training and evaluation.
• Provide guidance to employees and customers in all departments when necessary.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics and expenses to ensure profitability.
• Direct staff to ensure each department’s responsibilities and standards are met.
• Deliver extraordinary customer service per the customer service manual and promote merchandise.
