• Assume store responsibilities in the Store Manager's absence.

• Provide guidance to employees and customers across departments as needed.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics and expenses to support profitability.
• Direct staff to ensure department responsibilities and standards are met.
• Keep Store Manager informed about inventory movements and customer trends.
• Uphold quality customer service per manuals and policies.
