Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in controlling assets and store operations.
• Consult with Store Manager to establish action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering and scheduling.
• Preserve continuity by assuming responsibility in the Store Manager's absence.
• Assist in recruitment, training, and evaluation of personnel.
• Provide guidance to employees and customers across departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics, and expenses to ensure profitability.
• Direct staff to ensure department standards and responsibilities are met.
• Maintain exceptional customer service and support across the store.
