Dollar General is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Millington, TN to support daily store operations and customer service. You will assist with scheduling, training, merchandising, deposits, and staff supervision to maximize profitability and ensure a safe, efficient shopping experience.

Responsabilités

• Provide superior customer service leadership; greet and assist customers, and operate cash register and scanner to itemize the customer's purchase.
• Open and close the store a minimum of two days per week.
• Assist Store Manager with scheduling employees, training, safety meetings and policy compliance.
• Manage merchandise: receiving, stocking, restocking and building displays.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels; manage damages, markdowns and paperwork.
• Support planogram implementation and merchandise presentation.
• Ensure financial integrity via cashier accountability, deposits, refunds, and tills counting.
• Assist with store management in Store Manager's absence.
